South County Academy, a program of Family Service of Rhode Island, is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated people to join our residential team. On Thursday, July 30, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., we’re opening the doors of our new campus at 160 Main St., Exeter, RI for a career fair — and we’d love to meet you.
Who We Are
South County Academy provides a safe, structured, and supportive home for youth ages 13 to 17. Our residential program is built on trauma-informed care, meeting young people where they are and helping them build the skills, confidence, and connections they need to thrive. Every member of our team — from clinicians to maintenance staff — plays a part in creating an environment where healing and growth are possible.

Stop by anytime between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. — no appointment needed. You’ll have the chance to tour our new campus, meet program leadership and current staff, learn about our open positions, and ask questions about what it’s really like to work here. Bring copies of your resume if you have them, but most importantly, bring yourself.
