Seven Challenges is an evidence-based substance use therapy highly effective for youth and young adults ages 12-25. The model can be delivered by individual or group sessions in outpatient, school-based, residential or community settings. Seven Challenges motivates youth and young adults to evaluate their lives and make changes, and guides without pressure, judgment, or requirement of abstinence.
Young adults ages 12-25 who use one or more substances; covered by most insurance; limited capacity available for uninsured eligible young adults.
Seven Challenges is provided to all Rhode Island communities via a provider network.
Anyone can make a referral, including individuals and families.
