EI addresses the needs of children ages birth to three who have a developmental disability or delay in one or more areas. EI is personalized to the needs of each child and family. Services are provided in the home and in the child’s natural environment e.g. playground.
Families with children under the age of 3.
Early Intervention (EI) serves families in all Rhode Island communities.
Referrals are received through a primary care physician, families may also self-refer.
