Essential Functions: Responsible for overall management of the residential facility. Supervise program staff, provide clinical oversight and training to staff, program budget, staff scheduling, program purchases, strategic planning, and assure the safety, nurturance, clinical treatment and care of the residents. Ensure compliance of all required trainings for all program staff in accordance with agency/state regulations. Monitor residential program with maintaining Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) in the milieu setting.
Minimum of a Master’s Degree in human services required along with a minimum of two (2) year supervisory experience.
Licensed preferred (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC).
License eligibility within 2 years of date of hire required for non-MSW degree; MSWs must obtain LCSW within 2 months of hire.
Willingness and capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as scheduled and on-call responsibilities.
Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, racial and socioeconomic issues.
Capabilities to implement appropriate child management techniques, which may include use of passive physical restraint.
Excellent communication skills.
Requires current driver’s license, reliable transportation with a minimum of 3 seats in addition to the driver’s seat and proof of automobile insurance.
