Essential Functions: Responsible for assisting the Clinical Program Director with program oversight and operations in addition to providing direct clinical services including, but not limited to, diagnostic assessments and treatment planning for clients and parents referred. This dynamic, hands-on role is also responsible for supervising assigned Trauma Systems Therapy Family Coaching and Visitation program Case Managers, providing and/or supervising CM’s delivery of active skill building interventions designed to move families toward reunification, and supervising coordination of FCV services with DCYF and provide direct coordination of clinical care for families assigned. This position requires a flexible, part-time or full-time schedule including some evening and weekend hours.
Master’s degree in human services related field with independent license (i.e. LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psy.D) required.
Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and proof of automobile insurance required.
Prior experience providing clinical services to children and families involved in child welfare.
Experience providing supervised visitation a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly preferred.
Ability to use all MS Office programs, mainframe computer systems and Internet.
Ability to work independently and as an interdependent team member.
Able to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
Ability to communicate effectively.
