Talking to children about grief and loss during COVID-19

Loss is a reminder of how many things are out of our control—and sudden and unexpected loss can bring on feelings of anxiety and fear along with grief. This week on BE WELL RI, Sarah and Kayla are joined by special guest Ryan Loiselle, LICSW, the Program Director at Friends Way to discuss “Talking about grief and loss with children during COVID-19".

Friends Way serves families throughout Southeastern New England. Staffed with highly qualified mental health care professionals and extensively trained community volunteers, we provide peer support to children and their families in a safe and nurturing environment.
