Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) has brought together businesses, faith communities and non-profits to meet emergency food and other basic needs of families with at-risk children through PINS.
“It’s a marvelous program engaging all people in the community for the purpose of preserving families,” said Rev. Carl Balark of Providence’s Ebenezer Baptist Church.
