Full Service Community Schools
Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) provides care coordination in the Full-Service Community Schools programs at Providence's Charles N. Fortes, Robert L. Bailey and Pleasant View elementary schools.
Full-Service Community Schools provide educational, health, and other supports to children and their families to foster academic success.

Helping Families Access Support
FSRI care coordinators participate in and receive referrals from school wellness and attendance teams, and work directly with families to access services and navigate systems of care.
A Three Agency Partnership
The Full-Service Community Schools program is provided in partnership with the YMCA of Greater Providence, which leads out-of-school-time programming and provides a community schools director, and Dorcas International Institute, which leads family literacy programming.
All partners collaborate on family engagement strategies and school-wide activities.
