Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) is a FREE training that teaches how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among children and adolescents ages 6 to 18. The YMHFA course content teaches how to identify common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD).
This is a reoccurring training, happening every the first Friday of each month – registration is required.
