15th Annual Brighter Futures Luncheon

Wednesday, October 23, 2019

Each year, Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) draws together 500 of the state’s top philanthropic, corporate, artistic, and nonprofit leaders for its Brighter Futures Luncheon, where we celebrate a visionary leader who has made a significant impact on the lives of children and families across Rhode Island and beyond.  The Brighter Futures Luncheon is FSRI’s largest fundraiser and helps to raise crucial funds for their many programs. With your support the organization hopes to surpass our goal of $250,000 raised.

This year, FSRI’s nominating committee unanimously selected a Rhode Islander who has had a transformative effect on philanthropy, economic security, education, and health across our great state – Neil D. Steinberg, President & CEO of the Rhode Island Foundation.

Neil is a civic leader who focuses his energy on improving the lives of Rhode Islanders. He has been named one of Rhode Island’s Most Influential People (RI Monthly), one of the business community’s top 25 driving forces in the last 25 years (Providence Business News), and one of the 10 most influential leaders in the region (Providence Business News).

FSRI’s 15th Annual Brighter Futures Luncheon will be held this year on Wednesday, October 23rd, at Noon, at the Rhode Island Convention Center to honor the extraordinary life and contributions of Neil Steinberg.  This luncheon offers exceptional sponsorship opportunities, as described in the attached sponsorship form.  To learn more about featuring your organization at this event, contact Maggie Slane, Director of Advancement & Business Development, at 401-331-1350 ext. 3840.
