02/01/10 Blue Cross & Blue Shield of RI Executive Joins Board of Directors   William K. Wray, executive vice president and chief information officer at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of RI, was recently named to the board of directors of Family Service of RI.   Mr. Wray is a member of a number of non-profit boards, and serves on the financial council of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Providence.  Before joining Blue Cross & Blue Shield of RI he was the vice chairman and chief information officer at Citizens Financial Group.   Mr. Wray holds a bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a master’s from Stanford.     He and his wife Nancy live in North Kingstown and have three grown children.
