Luna   Margaret Holland McDuff, CEO of Family Service of Rhode Island, issued this statement on the passing of Providence City Councilman Miguel C. Luna: “We are deeply saddened at the loss of Councilman Luna, and extend our condolences to his family and friends.  We will always remember him for his tireless advocacy for children, adults and families in need.   He was a dedicated community partner who cared deeply and worked hard so others could live more enriching lives.  He was, and will remain, an inspiration.”          (end)
