11/01/07 Agency Philosophy of Care Featured   Family Service of Rhode Island applies "utilization management" (UM) at the core of our philosophy of care.   UM is a regular interdisciplinary group review of all open cases, and is designed to ensure that our services are—and remain—consistent with client needs.
