12/2/05 Our 2005 Partner in Philanthropy Malcolm Farmer, III, a partner in law firm Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP, is the Family Service of Rhode Island 2005 Partner in Philanthropy.   "Mac," as he is known, is a generous donor to the agency, both financially and with his time.  He has also assisted in securing various in-kind donations from Hinckley, Allen and Snyder and other sources for the agency.  He is president of the Family Service board of directors and is active in all of the board's committees. "Mac's generosity and caring have helped create brighter futures for the children and families we serve," said agency CEO Margaret Holland McDuff.  "It is a privilege to have him as our board president."   Mac was recently honored at the Rhode Island Convention Center as part of the National Philanthropy Day event sponsored by the Rhode Island Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
