01/03/07 Maya's Story   "The only thing you can do is take a learning experience from it, positives and negatives, and apply them to the future" --Tiger Woods During the printing of our recent letter to everyone in our database, a computer glitch caused the printing equipment to substitute question marks for certain letters.  These errors had not appeared in the proofs and sample copies we approved for printing. Quality is important to us and our printer.  We both deeply regret any inconvenience or discomfort our letter may have caused.
