12/26/05 Champlin Foundations Award Agency $32,000 Grant The Champlin Foundations, based in Warwick, Rhode Island, have awarded a $32,000 grant to Family Service of Rhode Island.  The grant will be used to purchase a van to transport children living in our group homes to educational, social and recreational activities. The agency has six group homes, five for adolescent girls and one for pre-teen boys. The children live in the homes due to abuse and other issues.
